The right service

More Than a Bank Account

Corporate bank account opening is one service. Banking coordination for trade and structured transactions is a different process involving the transaction, counterparties, instrument, documents, compliance, risk, structure and the suitability of potential banking channels.

Capabilities

Solutions Built Around the Transaction

SANADKO's role is limited to transaction review, documentation and process support, and appropriate introductions or communication. The relevant bank or financial institution alone determines eligibility, credit assessment, collateral or security, pricing, terms, issuance and approval.

الاعتماد المستندي

Letter of Credit (LC)

A documentary instrument commonly used in international trade, where payment is handled against compliant documentary conditions. Support may include transaction review, document coordination and engagement with an appropriate banking channel, including sight or usance structures where relevant.

خطاب اعتماد احتياطي

Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC)

A standby instrument generally intended to support an underlying obligation and become relevant upon non-performance or default under its terms. It is not cash, and neither issuance nor monetisation is promised.

الضمانات البنكية

Bank Guarantees (BG)

Coordination relating to performance, advance-payment, bid or tender, and payment guarantees. Availability, collateral and issuance conditions depend on the issuing bank, applicant profile and underlying obligation.

تنسيق التمويل التجاري

Trade Finance Coordination

Coordination for qualifying import, export and trading transactions, including documentary trade structures, trade-linked working capital discussions and transaction documentation. Any financing is provided only by the relevant institution and is never guaranteed.

تنسيق حلول التمويل المهيكل

Structured Finance Coordination

Initial assessment, documentation and structuring coordination for transactions requiring more than ordinary corporate lending, with banking or financial-channel introductions where appropriate. SANADKO is not the lender.

تنسيق تمويل المشروعات

Project Finance Coordination

Coordination for qualifying commercial, industrial, infrastructure or investment projects. Bankability depends on project economics, sponsor strength, equity, cash flows, contracts, security, risk, jurisdiction and institutional requirements.

التنسيق المصرفي الدولي

International Banking Coordination

Some transactions require discussions outside the UAE. Coordination may be considered according to jurisdiction, sanctions, transaction type, bank appetite and counterparty profile; access to any specific bank or country is not promised.

Instrument education

Understand the Instrument Before You Use It

These are practical distinctions, not complete legal definitions. Actual rights and obligations are governed by the instrument, bank documentation and applicable rules.

InstrumentTypical purposeTypical trigger
LCTrade payment and documentary settlementPresentation of documents that comply with the credit terms
SBLCStandby support for an underlying obligationA complying claim under default or non-performance conditions in the instrument
BGSupport for contractual, payment or performance obligationsA claim made in accordance with the guarantee terms

Banking communication

Banking Instruments & SWIFT

MT700 is commonly associated with issuance of a documentary credit. MT760 is commonly associated with guarantees or standby instruments. MT799 is a SWIFT free-format message type that may be used in banking communication depending on the transaction; it is not itself a financial instrument.

A SWIFT message reference alone does not prove that funds exist or guarantee a transaction. Independent bank verification, transaction due diligence and compliance review remain essential.

A disciplined process

Cross-Border Transactions Require More Than a Local Approach

Feasibility can depend on countries, banks, currencies, goods, counterparties, sanctions exposure, compliance, documentation and the proposed transaction route. SANADKO may coordinate suitable banking discussions in the UAE or internationally where appropriate, without promising a particular channel or outcome.

Compliance Comes First

Legitimate banking and trade-finance transactions are subject to KYC, AML, sanctions screening, source-of-funds checks, source-of-wealth review where applicable, counterparty due diligence and each institution’s internal risk policies. SANADKO does not assist with bypassing banking controls.

Transaction safety

Protect Your Transaction

Be cautious around unverified instruments or SWIFT messages, fake MT760 or MT799 claims, unverified ‘leased’ instruments, guaranteed SBLC monetisation, unverified proof-of-funds or RWA claims, large upfront fees without a verifiable banking process, and requests to bypass KYC or AML.

A professional transaction should be independently verifiable through the relevant banking channels.
