Summary of the decision
Under the directives of the UAE President, Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed established the Community-Managed Virtual Authority and appointed Sheikh Zayed bin Mohamed bin Zayed as its Chairman. The authority is intended to enable community members to take part in developing and implementing national projects.
