Booking and cancellation requests
The AED 40 deposit for a two-hour AED 200 consultation creates a request awaiting team confirmation. To cancel or change your requested appointment, contact the team with your booking reference.
Manual refunds only
There are no automatic refunds. Our team reviews refund requests and, where a refund is agreed, processes it manually through the payment provider. No guaranteed refund eligibility or processing period is stated here. Please agree the cancellation and refund conditions applicable to your booking with the team before paying.
