How SANADKO handles service-request information and privacy-conscious website measurement.
Information you provide
When you submit a request, we use the contact details, service choices and information you voluntarily provide to assess the request, contact you and follow up. You can use estimates and browse services without submitting contact details. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Payments and contact channels
Payment details are entered in Stripe’s payment form, not stored as card details by SANADKO. WhatsApp and social links take you to the relevant external service, whose privacy terms apply there.
Measurement and retention
WhatsApp button measurement records page, language, placement and traffic-source category, not your name, number or message text. Clicks are not submitted enquiries. SANAD journey requests are deleted after 90 days. External advertising or analytics tools are not activated in this preview.
Your requests
Contact info@sanadkouae.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. Retention of other records depends on the service and applicable obligations; contact the team for details.
